Welcome to the Princeton University Rugby website for both our Men’s and Women’s teams. 

The Princeton University Rugby Football program aims to provide the best possible competitive athletic experience for students. By championing Princeton University Athletics’ motto, “Education Through Athletics”, we aim to contribute to students’ personal and intellectual development both on and off the rugby pitch. The Princeton University Athletics department recognizes Princeton Rugby as an Elite level Club.  Princeton Rugby is the only Elite level Club on campus having surpassed the parameters of all the other 35 university sport clubs teams.

Princeton Rugby has a long tradition of competition and success. We welcome all serious athletes who are looking to play a team oriented, physical sport. No experience is needed. We have a fall and spring season and welcome new players throughout the year. Come out and give rugby a try! If you do, we know you will grow to love the sport and find a welcoming home at Princeton as members of our rugby club.
